Corporate video content exists on a spectrum from forgettable to genuinely persuasive. CEG needed to be on the right end of that spectrum — a company with deep expertise, a strong team, and a track record worth communicating. The content needed to match the caliber of the work they do.

The challenge with most corporate video is that it prioritizes message over story. Viewers don't connect with bullet points — they connect with people. The approach here was to let the expertise show through the people who carry it, not just the words that describe it.

The approach

We structured the production around the company's physical environment and the team within it — real workspaces, natural movement, and interview setups designed to feel authoritative rather than rehearsed. The visual language is clean, professional, and warm.

B-roll captured the actual work and culture of the organization, giving the edit texture and credibility beyond talking heads.

The deliverables

The campaign produced a primary brand film for CEG's web presence and business development use, individual team interview segments for the company website, and an event-style b-roll package for trade presentations and proposal decks. The content gave CEG a professional digital presence that matched the sophistication of their actual offering.
