Jovie provides childcare and nanny placement services — a category where trust isn't a differentiator, it's the entire purchase decision. Parents choosing a childcare provider need to feel confident before they commit. Content that communicates warmth, professionalism, and genuine care is the difference between a prospect and a client.

The brand challenge was translating what makes Jovie different — the rigor of their vetting, the quality of their caregivers, the support they provide families — into content that felt human and reassuring rather than clinical and corporate.

The approach

We built the production around the Jovie team and the family-facing environments where their service happens. The visual language is warm and soft — the kind of palette and lighting that communicates care. Interview setups were designed to feel like real conversations, not prepared statements.

The lifestyle context gave the brand a visual home — spaces that look like places where real families live and where Jovie caregivers genuinely belong.

The deliverables

The production delivered a primary brand film for Jovie's website and onboarding materials, a series of testimonial and interview cutdowns for social and email campaigns, and a library of social edits for organic content. The content gave Jovie the trust-building assets their sales process needed.
