Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning is one of Austin's most visible home service brands — trucks on every highway, a recognizable name in nearly every Austin neighborhood. When they came to us, the challenge wasn't awareness. It was depth.
They had a brand people recognized but content that didn't match the quality of their service. The goal was to produce a campaign that felt as premium as Radiant's reputation: cinematic, warm, and human — not a typical trade contractor ad.
The approach
We spent the first week in discovery, riding along with Radiant's technicians and spending time in their warehouse and training facility. Real brand stories don't come from a creative brief — they come from understanding how a company actually operates.
The shoot ran across two full production days with three locations: Radiant's main facility, a residential install in progress, and a neighborhood street scene. The crew included a DP, two camera operators, a grip/electric team, a production assistant, and a dedicated sound engineer.
The deliverables
The campaign produced a 45-second hero commercial, a three-part brand story series, and a library of more than 20 social cutdowns formatted for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook. Every piece shares the same visual identity — golden-hour warmth, close crew details, and a tone that's confident without being corporate.
Radiant ran the hero spot as a paid ad across Meta and YouTube for six months. The social cutdown library kept their organic channels active without a single additional shoot day.
