RE/MAX

Agent-focused brand content for RE/MAX agents in Austin. Personal branding meets cinematic quality.

In Austin's real estate market, every agent has a headshot and a logo. Almost none of them have a brand. RE/MAX came to us to change that — not for the franchise, but for the individual agents competing in neighborhoods where the difference between a listing and a close often comes down to personal trust.

The goal was to create content that made specific agents feel like the obvious choice before a buyer or seller ever picked up the phone.

The approach

Agent brand content works when it's specific. Generic real estate footage — sold signs, shaking hands, aerial neighborhood shots — communicates nothing about why this agent is different from the dozens operating in the same zip code.

We built the shoot around each agent's actual story: how they work, what neighborhoods they know, why clients come back. The camera follows rather than poses. The locations are real — the streets, the properties, the coffee spots where deals actually get discussed.

The deliverables

The production yielded individual brand films for multiple RE/MAX agents, a series of neighborhood-specific listing video templates, and a hero brand spot for the team's overall digital presence.

Agents reported stronger engagement on their personal social profiles, more direct inquiries from the profile videos, and clearer differentiation in listing presentations where the video played for prospective sellers.

Real estate agents who invest in personal brand content close more business. If you're ready to look different from everyone else in your market, let's talk.
